Amenly is a Christian daily practice app for prayer, Bible reading, and spiritual growth. We are committed to protecting your privacy. In short: we do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) from our users.

Amenly does not collect any of the following:

• Name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
• Location data (GPS, IP-based, or otherwise)
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to our servers
• Payment or financial information
• Photos, camera, or microphone data
• Contacts or calendar information
• Any other personally identifiable information

Data Storage

All app data. including your prayer history, Bible reading progress, streaks, and preferences. is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party.

Third-Party Services

Amenly does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking libraries, or data collection services. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, or any similar tools that collect user data.

No Account Required

Amenly does not require you to create an account or sign in. There is no registration process, and we have no user database. You can use the full app without providing any personal information whatsoever.

App Permissions

Amenly requests only the minimum permissions necessary to function. Any permissions requested are used solely for local app functionality and do not result in data being sent to us or any third party.

For example, if the app requests notification permissions, this is solely to deliver local reminders on your device. no notification data is sent to our servers.

Children's Privacy

Because we do not collect any personal data from any users, Amenly is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), and our no-data-collection policy ensures full compliance with COPPA and similar regulations.

GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Since we do not collect, process, or store any personal data, Amenly is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). There is no personal data to access, correct, delete, or port. because none is ever collected.
